1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website — or a third-party service embedded in it — stores on your device. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep them secure, and to remember information about your visit. This policy explains which cookies are set when you use rd-coaching.eu and why.
2. Do we show a cookie banner?
No. We have deliberately built this site to rely only on strictly necessary cookies — the kind that are required for a feature you actively use (such as a booking form or the chart generator) to function and stay secure. Under the EU ePrivacy Directive (Article 5(3)) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG 2021), strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent, so no consent banner is shown. We do not use advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Analytics — without cookies
We measure how the site is used with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service. Umami is cookieless: it does not store cookies on your device, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across other websites. The statistics it produces are aggregated and anonymous.
4. Cookies set on this site
The cookies below are set only when you interact with a specific feature (for example, opening the Human Design chart generator or submitting an embedded form). They are all strictly necessary or security-related.
- bodygraph_session (Bodygraph) — maintains your session while you use the Human Design chart generator. Session cookie.
- XSRF-TOKEN (Bodygraph) — security token that protects the chart generator against cross-site request forgery. Session cookie.
- __cf_bm (Cloudflare, via GoHighLevel) — distinguishes humans from bots to protect embedded forms and quizzes from abuse. Expires after ~30 minutes.
- __Secure-ENID (Google reCAPTCHA) — helps protect embedded forms from spam and automated abuse. Expires after up to ~13 months.
- __stripe_mid (Stripe, via GoHighLevel) — fraud prevention on forms that can take a payment. Expires after ~1 year.
5. Third-party services we embed or link to
Some features are provided by third parties. When you use them, those providers may set the cookies listed above and process data under their own privacy terms:
- Bodygraph — powers the Human Design chart generator embedded on the site.
- GoHighLevel — provides our booking calendar and embedded forms/quizzes. The booking calendar opens in a new tab on
calendar.rd-coaching.euand is governed by GoHighLevel's own notices. Embedded forms use Cloudflare (bot protection) and Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection). - Google reCAPTCHA — protects forms from spam and abuse. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Stripe — handles fraud prevention on payment-enabled forms.
- Formspree — receives the messages you send through our contact form and forwards them to us by email. It sets no cookies on this site. See Formspree's Privacy Policy.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
6. How to control cookies
Because we only use strictly necessary and security cookies, disabling them may stop certain features (such as the chart generator) from working. You can still manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings:
